How to use Zap for Kajabi and SamCart integration

Zapier is an app that allows you to connect between any app events so it can perform repetitive tasks automatically. You will use Trigger which pulls off an event and it will lead to Action (the task is performed immediately by Zaps).

For example, when you add a "New Order" to your account on SamCart, Zappier will "Grant Access to an Offer" instantly on Kajabi.

There are some triggers and actions that Zapier suggests for you:

In SamCart, you can choose many different triggers such as: New Order, New Refund, Subscription Charged ,.. etc.

And choose the action you want to perform in Kajabi: Create a Form Submission, Revoke Access to an Offer, Grant Access to an Offer., etc.

It will have a meta description for any actions or triggers for choosing the one to fill up the user's requirement.

New Order Triggers when a new order is made in SamCart. Prospect Created When a Prospect entry is created. New Refund This trigger runs when a refund is made in SamCart. Subscription Charged Triggers when a recurring subscription in SamCart is charged. Assessment Completed Trigger when someone completes an assessment. New Form Submission Triggers when a form is submitted. Assessment Completed Trigger when someone completes an assessment.
Actions	Grant Access to an Offer Grants a new or existing member access to an Offer and its Products. Create Form Submission Submits a Form on behalf of a contact. This will opt in the contact for email marketing. Revoke Access to an Offer Revokes access to an offer from the specified member.

Step-by-step to use Zap for connecting SamCart + Kajabi

• Step 1: Authenticate SamCart And Kajabi

After you sign in for both apps, then go to https://zapier.com/apps/samcart/integrations/kajabi and scroll down to this section, click "Connect Kajabi + SamCart".

Zap will auto-combine the apps for you easily to make a command.

• Step 2: Pick one trigger in one of those apps you need in Zappier, and then it will activate automatically.

In this section below, you will have a list of events that can be triggered.

For example, I choose "New Order".

Click "Sign-in" to connect to SamCart.

Choose an account for authenticating in SamCart.

Zap will auto-test the trigger to make sure the setup is correct. Remember, it always needs to do this step before moving to any section further.

You can skip the test if you want to.

• Step 3: Choose a resulting action from the other app.

Repeat the setup as you do in the first application.

You will have a list of events that can be triggered. For example, I choose "Create Form Submission".

Choose the account and "Continue".

Choose the "Default Form".

Then, when set up in the Kajabi section, you will need to fill in "Name" and "Email"..etc.

Let Zapier test the action before you publish your zaps. You can skip this test if you want to.

• Step 4: Finishing the Zap

It will always ask you to publish your Zap for executing tasks automatically in the future. You can cancel or change the Zaps at any time.
