How to use Zapier to connect between Constant Contacts and PipeDrive

Zaps are assignments that allow you to integrate Constant Contacts and Pipedrive to automate repetitive tasks simply. You will start to Trigger an event in Zap and it will auto-perform in Action.


For example, when you add a new contact to your account on Constant Contacts, Zappier automatically adds that follower on PipeDrive.

Constant Contact is an easy-to-use email marketing tool that helps you to create great-looking email campaigns and offers pre-made templates that are easy to customize.


  • About PipeDrive

Pipedrive is sales pipeline and CRM ( customer relationship management) software for deal makers.


To use Zaps, you must sign in to account in both apps.

Step-by-step to connect Constant Contact + PipeDrive by Zaps


Step 1: Authenticate Constant Contact And PipeDrive

Sign in for both apps, here is an example of my accounts :

  • Choose “Connect” to Constant Contact



  • Then, “Connect” to PipeDrive



  • You can test the Zap or move back to the page and scroll down to the section below to integrate your first campaign.



Step 2: Pick one trigger in one of those apps you need in Zappier, and then it will action automatically

  • First, you need to choose one of the events on Constant Contact


  • Then Connect to the account you signed in to.



  • Choosing “Value” in Campain Activity




After you fill in all the values, choose “To continue, finish required fields”.



Step 3: Choose a resulting action from the other app.

  • Moving to Pipedrive and repeat the steps



  • Choose the account you have connected before



Step 4: Select the data you want to send from one app to the other.

  • Fill in the “Set up action” below to finish




*In this step, you must finish the data required in Constant Contact then it will automatically insert in PipeDrive to set up the action.
