Zapier is an app that allows you to connect between any app events so it can perform repetitive tasks automatically.
For example, when you add a "New Registrant" to your account on Zoom, Zappier will "Create Form Submission" instantly on Kajabi.
Zoom is a communications platform that allows users to connect via video, audio, phone, and chat which helps consolidate communications, connect people, and collaborate better together in the boardroom, classroom, operating room, and everywhere in between.
Kajabi empowers you to create all kinds of content to showcase what you know best, including online courses, coaching programs, podcasts, memberships, and more.

Step-by-step to use Zap for connecting Zoom + Kajabi
Step 1: Authenticate Zoom And Kajabi
After signing in for both apps, go to https://zapier.com/apps/kajabi/integrations/zoom and scroll down to this section, click "Connect Kajabi + Zoom".
Zap will auto-combine the apps for you easily to make a command.
Step 2: Pick one trigger in one of those apps you need in Zappier, and then it will activate automatically.
In this section below, you will have a list of events that can be triggered. For example, I choose "Tag Added".
And then, you set up a trigger, choose the site, and tag you want.
Zap will auto-test the trigger to make sure the setup is correct. Remember, it always needs to do this step before moving to any section further.
The result will pop out like this, and you can move to the next section.
Step 3: Choose a resulting action from the other app.
Repeat the setup as you do in the first application. In Zoom, for example, I choose "Create Meeting".
Click "Continue" and Zoom will authenticate your account.
It will show a pop-up for allowance
Choose your account and click "Continue"
Then, when set up in the Zoom section, you will need to fill in "Meeting type", "Topic", " When", "Time Zone" and your Zoom account's password.
Let Zapier test the action before you publish your zaps. You can skip this test if you want to.
Step 4: Finishing the Zap
It will always ask you to publish your Zap for executing tasks automatically in the future. You can cancel or change the Zaps at any time.
Publishing the Zaps will automatically connect whenever any events are triggered.
That's done! thank you for watching!
