How to use Zapier for Kajabi and WordPress integration

There are some triggers and actions that Zapier suggests for you:

In Kajabi, you can choose many different triggers such a: New Purchase, Tag Added .. etc.

It will have a meta description for any actions or triggers for choosing the one to fill up the user's requirement.

Step-by-step to use Zap for connecting WordPress + Kajabi

• Step 1: Authenticate WordPress And Kajabi

After you sign in for both apps, then go to https://zapier.com/apps/kajabi/integrations/wordpress and scroll down to this section:

Click "Connect Kajabi + Hubspot".

Zap will auto-combine the apps for you easily to make a command.

• Step 2: Pick one trigger in one of those apps you need in Zappier, and then it will activate automatically.

In this section below, you will have a list of events that can be triggered.

Choose the event you want to perform in the list. For example, I choose "Tag Added".

Choose "Sign in" to authenticate your Kajabi Account.

Set up action: I fill in the "Custom" tag in Kajabi and I also, choose the "Site".

Once done, you can test the action to find value or skip the test if your filling is correct.

• Step 2: Pick one trigger in one of those apps you need in Zappier, and then it will activate automatically.

There areseveralf events that can be triggered in this section below. Just choose the one you need.

In my case, I choose "Upload Media".

Sign in to the WordPress Account and connect. Your account in WP must be in class Business or Premium to use the plug-in.

After you have done, Set up the trigger with "Post Status" and "Post Type".

You can test the action to find value or skip the test if your filling is correct.

• Step 4: Finishing the Zap

It will always ask you to publish your Zap for executing tasks automatically in the future. You can cancel or change the Zaps at any time.

Publishing the Zaps will automatically connect whenever any events are triggered.
